Ryan Gosling has something to say about women, and it is sure to make you love him even more.
“I think women are better than men … They are stronger, more evolved,” Gosling offered.
Helping him to arrive at such a conclusion — his two daughters, who he shares with actress Eva Mendes.
“You can tell especially when you have daughters and you see their early stages,” he said. “They are just leaps and bounds beyond boys immediately.”
The Huffington Post says that the magazine also questioned Gosling about the “unwanted fuss” he causes with his presence among women. In response, he offered that it is time for men to be “on the receiving end” of such attention — an attention that he recalls his mother was subjected to from men.
“When my mother and I walked to the grocery store, men would circle the block in cars,” he said of his mother’s experience. “It was very, very scary, especially as a young boy.”
Thanks, Ryan Gosling, for being an ally and advocate for women.
