Sarah Jessica Parker is adding yet another style to her SJP Collection, and it’s just about the most fabulous sneaker you’ve ever seen.
According to ELLE, the multi-hyphenate just unveiled the Meteor shoe, a “T-Strap flat that sparkles like the night sky,'” which means the shoe is completely blinged out. The new style debuted in a joyful Instagram post, in which Parker twirled and skipped through the streets as the shoes sparkled in the sun.
While ELLE says these “sneakers” may just be a glorified flat that should skip the gym trip, this style is certainly an eye-catcher.

For Sarah Jessica Parker, fashion seems to be as much a part of her identity as her famous Sex and the City character, Carrie Bradshaw. First designing shoes and then a line of little black dresses, the multi-hyphenate is now launching a handbag line.
According to WWD, Parker released a new handbag line called The Seven Essentials, which will be sold at Bloomingdale’s and on Amazon Fashion. Part of her SJP Collection, WWD says the seven-piece line ranges in price from $395 to $695.
While this launch is an exciting addition to her current fashion offerings, WWD reports that this isn’t the first foray into handbags for Parker; in fact, her collection included handbags in 2014, but her new designs not only offer more versatile styles, they are also manufactured in the United States.
As for the silhouettes included in the Essentials collection, Allure says that there is truly a style for everyone available: “There’s a slouchy gray tote ready to become your go-to carryall, a flamingo pink clutch ready to liven up your next happy hour, a poppy red shoulder bag perfect for the weekend, a slouchy bucket bag, a timeless hobo, a sparkly pill clutch, and even a supertrendy backpack.”

A holiday shoe collection and a line of stunning little black dresses isn’t enough for Sarah Jessica Parker; but then again, when a girl’s wardrobe grows, it needs much more space to be displayed.
That’s where Parker’s new brick-and-more store comes in. According to WWD, the Sex and the City alum is opening her first free-standing store outside of Washington, D.C. in the upcoming MGM National Harbor Resort. Set to makes its grand opening on Dec. 8 along with the National Harbor, Md. hotel, the store “will stock Parker’s SJP Collection shoe label,” reports WWD, “as well as her little black dress collection, handbags, jewelry and other assorted accessories.
In a statement on the opening of her brand-new store, WWD says Parker explained her excitement over the project this way: “Opening a stand-alone store has long been a dream we have been working towards and we feel truly privileged to be doing so with the expertise, guidance and support of our brilliant partners at MGM Resorts.”
So if you’re already strapped in the car and ready to get to Maryland in time for the grand opening, WWD says to expect products in SJP’s store to cost between $30 and $700 — quite the range for some serious style.
